Currently working for Source.paris
I’m Guillem Cotcha, product designer at Source.paris. I share in this digital space the projects I'm working on, notes, explorations, etc. but also my vision of design and how it makes up my life.
In our digitally-driven society, we as designers and makers have a critical responsibility. Our mission is to design experiences that are meaningful and provide real utility to users. Every line of code, every pixel drawn, should contribute to improving people’s lives in a tangible and ethical way.
I’m fascinated by everything related to human-machine interfaces, and their implications on our brain, emotions and behaviors. This passion pushes me to constantly explore new ways of interacting with technology, seeking to understand how design can help us better understand ourselves and simplify our lives.
My approach is based on constant experimentation. I explore, build and test my own ideas, using both no-code tools and pure development. These experiments come to life through personal projects, articles, cases, or simply prototypes in Figma.
This site is more than just a showcase. It is a living space where I will share my current projects, my thoughts on design and technology, and the lessons I have learned along the way. I am committed to documenting my creative process, sharing my successes and failures, in the hopes of inspiring and being inspired.
As I iterate on my projects and learn new skills, this site will evolve to reflect my growth as a designer and maker. Expect to see new features, fresh experiences, and deep thoughts on the future of human-machine interaction.
